Rock Company would like to introduce you to their new project Age Of Aquarius!

We are in the Age Of Aquarius and it was never about fluffy bunny rabbits, unicorns and walking around in wifty wafty clothes’… It’s about great changes and destruction of the old, which will eventually bring birth to the new.

Uranus, God of the sky and the heavens, is the ruler of Aquarius. Destruction & Change being the key parts of this sign – which then awakens new thinking, creativity and brings people back to life. In Astrology, the energies of Uranus are electric and crammed with change. Uranus is forward-looking. It balks at tradition, and celebrates originality and individuality.

And Aquarius empties the vessel of the old, in order to refill it with new fresh waters.

And here we have 2 Aquarians taking on the challenge of bringing something new to the table. Original and fresh. On instruments we have Dutchmen Peter Cox (Forest Field, Earthshine), who also wrote the songs. All vocals are provided by the lovely Zoe Ehinger, born and raised in England, but now a resident of the USA. Heavily influenced by Astrology and the mysteries of this and other worlds, Zoe rewrote the lyrics to express her feelings on the topics at hand.

Born as a project dedicated to pure AOR with a touch of Westcoast and melodic rock, LIONVILLE draw musical inspiration from acts like Toto, Richard Marx, Giant, Bad English, Survivor Band, and Boulevard. The band was started by Stefano Lionetti, a songwriter, singer, and guitarist based in Genova, Italy and his brother Alessandro. After years of playing the local club circuit of Genova, Stefano formed LIONVILLE Official with the encouragement and help of Pierpaolo 'Zorro' Monti (Shining Line) and Alessandro Del Vecchio (Hardline, Revolution Saints, Ted Poley, etc.). With the involvement of singer Lars Safsund (Work of Art), LIONVILLE quickly took shape and became something very near and dear to everyone involved.

With two critically acclaimed releases - which came out in 2011 and 2012 ' Lionville managed to find their place in the European melodic rock scene while also appearing at Firefest in Nottingham in 2012. With their combination of rockin' AOR tunes and classic Westcoast AOR sounds, Lionville piqued the interest of Frontiers, who signed the band in early 2016.

'It's a very important record for LIONVILLE, since we are coming back after four years of silence,' says Stefano Lionetti. 'I really wanted to make happy all the fans who waited so long for it. As a producer and songwriter I have done my best to create a high class record, but with the right variety. You will find classic Melodic Rock songs, a couple of ballads, songs in the style of the previous record and of course a lot of attention on the arrangements. I also wanted to have more of a band feel with this record and I am very proud of the final result.'

'These songs have been fun to sing and they're really good,' adds Lars Safsund.

Recorded by a gifted cast of experienced studio cats and upcoming talents and produced by Stefano Lionetti, the new album, 'A World Of Fools' finds a winning combination of very strong songwriting (courtesy also of Robert Sall, Alessandro Del Vecchio, Bruce Gaitsch, Soren Kronkvist, Gianluca Firmo, Thomas Vikstrom, and Ida West) and stellar musical performances, crowned by impressive lead vocals and an album mix that gives space to all the significant little details.

The LIONVILLE team has high hopes that people will embrace their vision of a reinvigorated musical genre and everyone is looking forward to continuing the LIONVILLE story with another awesome contribution to melodic rock music.

Since making their live debut at Camden Rocks Festival in May, the buzz has been spreading about City of Thieves 'no frills, no messin' around, no gimmicks' it is heavy rock in it's purest form and will send you running straight to the front of the stage with no-nonsense sledgehammer riffs, hooks and melodies.

Working with acclaimed artist and producer Toby Jepson (Little Angels, The Answer, Wayward Sons), City Of Thieves frontman/bassist Jamie Lailey knew at an early stage the band wanted to take rock by the scruff of it's neck and give it a good shake. "We knew what we wanted to do, we'd been devouring the songwriting and if we were inclined, we could have released a ton of material out of the gate. Toby took what we had and refined it. I'm glad we sat back and digested things with him, it was a major
turning point for the band."

With producer Toby Jepson at the helm, Mike Fraser on mixing duties and mastering by Simon Francis (Kodaline, Kaiser Chiefs, Primal Scream) the presentation of this new material was in the best of hands.

When asked what he thought about City Of Thieves, Mike Fraser simply replied "Killer band...Killer songs". This is not a throwaway comment, this is from a true craftsman who has worked on albums for Metallica, AC/DC, Slipknot, Aerosmith, and more.

So what about the songs? "The new material has bags of groove, different speeds and attitude. We mix it up but keep it genuine and made sure everything flows. Why play something that's monotonous, I'm not saying we're reinventing the wheel but if you think your own music is boring, why inflict that on your audience?" says Will Richards (drums). "We can't wait to unleash the other tunes and get on the road to play live," chips in Lailey.

With Planet Rock Radio playlisting 'Incinerator' and a string of festivals and shows under their belts, including Camden Rocks Festival, Planet Rockstock, Hard Rock Hell, Bloodstock Festival, Legends Of Rock and Ramblin' Man Fair, City Of Thieves is geared up to bring the rock in 2017!

Guitarist CHRIS GREEN Set To Unleash New EP ‘Unveil’

Best known as the guitarist for metal veterans Tyketto and Rubicon Cross, Chris Green will be showcasing his six-string skills on an all-instrumental five-song EP, ‘Unveil,’ which will be issued on December 2nd (for which a teaser video can be viewed here - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k6RRFSGKJ9c). The release comes hot on the heels of Tyketto’s latest offering, ‘Reach,’ which was released via Frontier Records on October 14th.

“I think a lot of people have forgotten what it is to be moved by a piece of music that uses no lyrics,” explains Green. “The listener gets to interpret the piece however they see fit. That was my goal. For me, to finally move freely within music with no boundaries was a complete luxury, and a challenge at the same time. What I've laid down on this album isn't just notes, it's laying every emotion I experienced during a turbulent time of my life without using a single word.”

The turbulent time that Green mentions occurred with the passing of his father, who was also one of his best friends and biggest supporters. “I still really miss our talks, but one that comes to mind and will always stay with me is essentially the reason I recorded these tracks in the first place. After an hour or so bitching about being in bands and why democracy within them seems to be not only a near impossible task but a process only matched by sitting in a dentist chair having teeth pulled, he simply said ‘Well, just record your own bloody album under your own name like I've always said to you. Then you are your own boss, can write what you want, and answer to nobody.’

As it turns out, his father’s passing also served as the inspiration for one of the EP’s standout tracks, “Undefeated.” “This is without doubt the most emotive piece I've ever written. My father was in my mind throughout the entire creation of this track. The intro to the song was something I came up with really soon after dad’s passing.”

For years now, Green has been gaining popularity amongst fans and peers alike for his melodic approach to technical lead guitar playing. His recognizable signature sound of Marshall tube amps and PRS guitars has earned him accolades across the globe. When asked about his playing style Chris says, “For me, guitar playing boils down to some very simple factors. Be melodic when it counts, flare your acrobatic abilities only when the time is right, stay in tune, and be a nice person. These things have opened more doors for me than any other advice I’ve ever received.”

With a multitude of worldwide dates behind him, including some of the most prestigious festivals known to rock fans, the future is looking extremely bright.

Renowned not only for their powerful rock songs but also for countless moving ballads, British rock icons Magnum are set to surprise their fans with a very special release at the very beginning of the coming year: THE VALLEY OF TEARS - THE BALLADS has been scheduled for release on 6 January 2017 (US/Canada: 20 January 2017), an album featuring ten of their most accomplished ballads, all of them remastered and in parts even newly re-recorded and remixed.

Guitarist, composer and producer Tony Clarkin: “The release of this album was originally inspired by my daughter. A few months ago she asked me: ´Magnum have so many beautiful quiet numbers, why don’t you put together a compilation highlighting some of the most powerful tracks?` Olly Hahn of Steamhammer/SPV was immediately taken by the concept, so I set down to work on it.”

THE VALLEY OF TEARS - THE BALLADS contains material from the band’s different creative phases. Along with remastered versions of more recent ballads from albums such as Into The Valley Of The Moonkings, The Visitation and the current studio recording Sacred Blood - Divine Lies, there will also be a newly re-recorded acoustic version of their classic ´Lonely Night` and a new haunting live version of their hit ´When The World Comes Down` from their 1986 cult recording Vigilante.

The release will be supported by selected shows in the UK and Ireland during the run-up to Christmas and a German/Swiss tour where Tony Clarkin and Bob Catley join the "Rock Meets Classic" tour from 30 March 2017. Some more festivals for summer 2017 will be announced shortly.

As a singer, bassist and songwriter, John Wetton initially rose to fame in King Crimson and the third album that line-up released was Red, cited by so many artists as a core influence. After his period with King Crimson, Wetton co-founded UK and later he was the frontman and co-principal songwriter of the supergroup Asia, his biggest commercial success. The band’s self-titled debut album was the biggest selling album in the world in 1982 and gave the world the mega hit Heat of the Moment.

Since 1980 Wetton has had a successful solo career releasing a number of studio and live albums and later formed the duo iCon with Geoff Downes (YES, Buggles and ASIA). As a writer and musician Wetton has collaborated with many music artists including Ringo Starr, Jim Peterik, Robert Fripp, David Gilmour, Agnetha Fältskog, Phil Manzanera, Steve Howe, Bill Bruford, Alan White, Carl Palmer, Simon Phillips, Steve Lukather, Terry Bozzio, George Martin, Bryan Ferry, Ron Nevison and Steve Hackett.

When Frontiers released Pride Of Lions' groundbreaking first album in 2003, many people asked, 'Is this one of those project bands that do one or two albums and then disappear - or a real band with staying power?'

Now, in the year 2017 the answer to that question will be very clear as the band release their FIFTH studio album, Fearless! Additionally, their best selling 'Live In Belgium' album and video proves to the world that Jim Peterik and Toby Hitchcock and the powerful Pride Of Lions band is not just a studio concoction, but a live force to be reckoned with, headlining shows in America and Europe.

'We are always trying to top ourselves,' states singer/ songwriter/ guitarist Jim Peterik. 'This time I went back and listened closely to all the previous albums to hear the strongest assets of each record: what was working and what could be improved. I went into writing the Fearless material keeping that in mind. I feel it sticks closer to the template we set with our first release, yet goes to new places musically as well like using a Kansas- style fiddle- played by Andrew Ohlrich- on the video/single 'All I See is You'."

The songs and performances on Fearless are...well... truly fearless. The title track blazes from the speakers gaining steam with every chorus. 'Take the highest ground- stand and fight- you gotta be harder- you gotta be tougher- you gotta be- fearless!' This could be the new battle cry for Rocky Balboa or any common man needing to make a difference in the world.

'When I got together with Jim in Chicago to record, things just caught fire,' enthuses Toby. 'I sang 12 vocals in two days! That's how inspired I was with the new material.'

'Toby hit new heights on this one,' raves Jim. 'I was sitting behind the recording console with Larry Millas just one big goose bump as Toby glided from hard rockers like 'Rising Up', classic melodic rock like 'All I See Is You' to a heartfelt ode to timeless love- 'Everlasting Love.'

Future classics include 'The Tell', where the main character is giving off signals she may not even realize to the mesmerizing magic of 'Silent Music' ('I can't help it if I talk funny- I can't express the way I feel in spoken words- hold on') to the mysterious 'Freedom of the Night'. That last one was written with former Jimi Jamison keyboardist Hal Butler and the lyric, chord changes and melody seem to channel what Jimi might now be singing if his life had not been tragically cut short.

'The last track is one of my faves,' states Toby Hitchcock. 'I think we all can relate to the often painful process of figuring out just who we are and how we fit on this planet. 'Unmasking the Mystery' is not something that happens all at once- it happens over time and on our last day we still won't have all the answers.'

The album will be supported by live dates- in the States and abroad with the first show on January 28th as a part of Jim Peterik's World Stage at Wentz Hall in Naperville, Illinois.

In early 2017, expect the premiere of the music video for 'All I See Is You' directed by Greg Bizzarro. Greg has directed every POL video thus far, as well as the popular 'Cold Blooded' video by Peterik / Scherer which starred Leann Marie of 'I Can't Hold Back' video fame.

2015 saw The Murder Of My Sweet reunite with their original label home, Frontiers for the release of their concept album 'Beth Out of Hell', a magnificent album that was described as '[a]lmost Wagnerian in style' (Sonic Cathedral) and favorably compared to such masterpieces as Queensr'che's 'Operation: Mindcrime' by the UK's Powerplay Rock and Metal Magazine.

The new album 'Echoes of the Aftermath' musically follows on the heels of the previous record, with a more straight ahead songwriting approach, but still offering the symphonic and cinematic elements the band is now well known for. 'Echoes of the Aftermath' showcases a Nordic sound that the members of the band grew up listening to and lyrically takes on issues in tune with our modern day life.

Drummer/producer Daniel Flores says: 'During the process of writing "Beth out of Hell" with Angelica, I came up with lots of riffs, melodies and music that didn't necessarily fit the concept of the album. The inspiration and creative buzz from those songwriting sessions stayed with us and helped us come up with a new album very quickly. And of course the warm reception from fans and media had a helping hand too. I'm personally also really proud of the sonic impact of this record, I've learnt so much during these past years working with Frontiers and I'm so glad I can showcase this in full force on this album. The guys in the band are feeling very creative these days and thanks to the fans we are able to give you our "Echoes of the Aftermath!'

Singer Angelica Rylin adds: "For me, the writing process for this album became a way to reconnect with my Nordic roots. I've always been a fan of John Bauer (Swedish painter and illustrator) and his portraits of Swedish folklore and fairy tales was a big inspiration for me. And it was a nice break from "Beth", who had become such a big part of my life for a very long time."

2016 has been a stunning year for UK five-piece Inglorious. Their eponymous debut album was released through Frontiers Music Srl in February. The album received widespread critical acclaim at press, multiple A lists at radio and a lauded performance on Vintage TV. The band are managed by QEDG (Yes, Asia) and booked by Steve Strange at X-Ray (live agent for Coldplay, Eminem and Queens of the Stone Age).

The band have toured across the world, with numerous high profile shows across the UK and Europe ' including a show stopping performances at Download Festival and Ramblin' Man Fair, support to The Winery Dogs and The Dead Daisies, and culminating in support to Steel Panther's European Arena tour in October 2016.

September 2016 saw the band base themselves in Liverpool and work on the follow up studio album with legendary producer Kevin Shirley (http://www.cavemanproductions.com/biography.html). Set for release in 2017 on Frontiers Music Srl, the album is set to further push the rise of this remarkable band.

Formed in February 2014, the band is fronted by Nathan James, who made a name for himself having sung for the multi-platinum selling Trans-Siberian Orchestra, and Scorpions guitar legend Uli Jon Roth. Nathan was looking for like-minded musicians that desired to make incredible rock music in a very honest fashion. For the debut album, Nathan thought to himself, 'Why are those classic albums so awesome?' He realised it was because 'the musicians were recording in an organic way; they could track it live and capture amazing energy."

The band is lineup completed by rhythm guitarist Wil Taylor, lead guitarist Andreas Eriksson, bassist Colin Parkinson, and drummer Phil Beaver. Wil, from the Northeast of England, is the youngest member of the band whose heroes include Mark Tremonti (Alter Bridge), Joe Satriani and Steve Lukather (Toto).

The same albums that have inspired generations of musicians and performers are noticeably evident when you listen to the Inglorious debut album. This is the music they were born to play together - inspired by bands in the classic rock genre as diverse as Deep Purple, Led Zeppelin, Whitesnake, Bad Company, Aerosmith and The Rolling Stones, to name a few.

Jack Russell's Great White represents the next phase of his legacy. On January 27, 2017 Frontiers Music Srl will lay the framework for this new phase with the release of 'He Saw it Comin''.

'For me this is so much more than a collection of songs, it is the culmination of a lifetime of living. It is about addictions , love, pain and many facets of the human condition. I tend to write autobiographically and on this album I dealt with topics I've never explored,' explains Russell of the new record.

Rather than look backwards and merely attempt to relive the multi-platinum hard rock entity's storied origins, Jack Russell set his sights on the future. In December 2011, Jack Russell's Great White first bared its teeth. Robby Lochner has been with Jack since it's inception, they soon welcomed back longtime bassist and friend Tony Montana'this time as a guitar player and keyboardist' they then added drummer Dicki Fliszar , then bassist Dan McNay. This group has a sharp, soaring, eclectic, hook laden new album ready, boasting the bluesy hard rock stomp that made Russell and Montana icons in the first place.

'It's a powerful band,' Russell proclaims. 'The music is dynamic and I've gone where I've never gone before. Lochner was a catalyst for moving forward. I wasn't sure how the writing would go at first but soon realized the chemistry is beyond words. He's my copilot and one of my best friends.'
This past year the musicians hit the studio to cut their official full-length debut. It taps into the bluesy bombast and heavy energy of Russell's celebrated material, but it's a distinctly modern metallic monster.

'We want the new material to blow people's ears back,' Russell goes on. 'It has the elements of the best of Great White, but there's diversity, vibe and an edge to it. It draws from our 60's and 70's roots in a more modern way.' Montana agrees, 'It's got the classic sound. The first element is Jack's voice. No other band sounds like this one, ever did or does now. When I was 17-years-old, I remember walking around the UCLA campus listening to the band's first EP. I was a fan before I ever joined the band. We're going to maintain that integrity moving forward.'

That integrity became forged over nearly thirty years. In 1984, the band broke out of the Los Angeles scene with its self-titled debut followed by seismic platinum-selling outings such as 1987's Once Bitten... and 1989's 'Twice Shy. Moving over 10 million copies worldwide, they stood out as tried-and-true rock stalwarts into the 21st century until 2011, when Russell went on to form Jack Russell's Great White.

Ultimately, the new music is for the millions of fans who stuck by Russell all these years. It's everything they've been waiting for and more.
