my first CDs were the Whitesnake 1987 CD with all 11 tracks!!! and Jethro Tull's Broadsword and the Beast!!! a good start! :)

Salute is definitely a grower - the second one has a different singer and isn't as good - the third is demoes made into an album and didn't really do much for me either

on IG there was a post from dUg stating he's finishing KXM last month I think - since they won't tour they're in no hurry to release it - 2019 is still long :)

well - the shortest was definitely Thin Lizzy 2000 (John Sykes, Scott Gorham, Marco Mendoza, Tommy Aldridge) after about 30 seconds into Jailbreak (first song) there was a power failure on stage and after about 45 minutes waiting the gig was cancelled.... :(

can't get myself into ranking the albums.... they all stand out one way or the other (songs, mood, memories from when they came out, hearing those songs live back in the day (91-94), etc.) the first three are probably the faves - tho I don't really like the sound on Lean into it - the songs are great tho. revisited Hey Man recently and after not liking it too much back then I appreciate

I think it's still quite a bummer that they never really featured the last album live - so many strong tunes - only playing one or two or maybe three - that's kinda selfinflicting low album sales, cos people at the shows almost only get the hits & standards (every year....) and they don't even know there's a new album out so why do an album if you are not properly promoting it live? sa
