I think it is the same vocalist that sang on Scratch N Sniff and V. According to Wikipedia he's been with them three different times and more years total than the other lead singers so not a newbie to the band at least. Per Johansson (a.k.a. I think this 3rd album (Last Call) by these guys is great! All the tunes are fresh and you can tell they are having a good time.
