Although the band have no confirmed dates for the Septmeber tour up on their website other than the 'Bang Your Head' and 'Rock And Blues' Festivals in July there are currently tickets on sales for two shows in September and these are Glasgow garage on September 24th and Nottingham Rock City on 27th September. I guess the rest of the dates will be officially announced fairly soon..

Second Little Caesar album was called just 'Influence' and was released in 1992 on Geffen. It is out of print now as far as I am aware and problably best bet is to try somwhere like Netsounds or Gemm to get it. Song listing on the album was: Stand Up,You're Mine,Turn My World Around,Rum and Coke,Ballad of Johny,Ain't Got It,Slow Ride,Pray for Me,Ridin' On and Piece of the Action. It probably IMO

As far as other dates none of the venues have details up so I guess we have to wait a bit for full confirmation.
