Well I for one hope the haters don’t go. Makes it better for the rest of us. Can’t wait for Toronto. This Guitar is a great song. And my “soccer mom” wife loves it too. So that makes for a great evening. You my DL has released anything new in the last 20 years. Motley Crüe sucks. I’m glad they’re closing at my show. Bring on the ballads and rockers and MILF soccer moms LOL. Does me

These guys are great. Guitarist is the singer. From Montreal I believe. Fellow Canuck! I believe they are great. And with the death of EVH (and not much music since 1998), it’s a well needed album.

Actually that would be great. Never gonna happen. But it should. Only Iron Maiden have the balls to do a full new album live.

Personally, I think This Guitar is pretty darn good. Yes it doesn't fit the album as a whole and it is totally in the wrong track order, yet both of those things can be fixed by omitting it from your playlist, phone, etc... it's so easy today. Can't trash an album for a couple of songs one doesn't like. But I am a fan of the two AK songs for sure. I just put them towards the end of the album

But the evidence in this thread and others is NOT that everyone is saying it's shite. I'd wager that more people like it enough than those who just hate it because it's not Pyro. Agreed. And I don't feel like I'm just loving it because it's "A New Def Leppard Album rose coloured glasses" thing. tts42572 Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > Agree. > > Get rid of the 2 Krauss tunes and the 2 piano > ballads and your left with a pretty decent album > that at the very least is way better than their > la

I'm rather surprised by how many people don't really like this album. I must be odd, because now that it has been almost a week, I find I like this album even more. I really really like it. I liked the 2015 DL album, but this is way above that one. Even my wife made some really great positive comments on it last night, which is unusual for her to comment on music. I've listened to the new Gho

This is fine if bands released albums every year or two. But since some bands wait 8 years in between, then I want as much as possible. After 4-8 years between albums, a 10 song album is just cheap (Skid Row anyone). garyt Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > Prefer shorter albums myself....9-10 tracks at > 40-45 minutes is enough for me. Long albums...it's always better to be able to have your personal choices of what you like and just get rid of the songs you don't. It's all subjective, so the more the better.

I’m not arguing. Anyones opinion is subjective. Many people feel deeply “hurt” at how and band progresses. I do to. The DL is quite good. Different? Yes. Older? Yes. Good? Hell yes. The same as the past? Nope. No amount of listening will change anyones opinion. But opinions on music is subjective. That’s a fact. So someone doesn’t like it, or anything from the last 8 albums. T

1. Take What You Want – Just a great song, perfect opener. This is absolutely my favourite track off the album. I hope they open their live show with this this summer. 2. Kick – Great uplifting summer song. Catchy, groovy, gives me a 60/70s vibe, but the Def Leppard way. 3. Fire It Up – Definitely has that Slang/All Night kind of vibe. Every Lep album has something alo

I’m a fan of James but was sceptical of this album. I’m so glad that it’s superb. For some reason I really love Give and Take and Wildflower. They just resonate with me. Question. Who plays the leads vs Rhythm? Give and take specifically is amazing on both fronts.

Does anyone have any thoughts/opinions/reviews on the differences, better worse, between the Rock Candy Remasters vs Atlantic Years box set? Lower down, the Detonator discussion led me to getting the 1990 SHCD from Japan, which is phenomenally better sounding Detonator. I'm now going down the Ratthole.....
