Sometimes I end up in a dark place in my head and music pulls me back to the light. This was my first post-virus vocal, wasn't sure what was going to come of it. It was recorded while I was in a particularly dark place and its raw and unproduced, but it's real...it's my therapy. Peace DCD https://youtu.be/cmVjroiLSPA

Interesting how he was really intrigued by the chord changes (they are cool IMO), would have been nice if he wasn't so obsessed over them that he actually heard the guitar solo and hadn't talked over it. I think he would have enjoyed it...just sayin!!!

Well...when I found out it was happening I got a message through that I would be interested. I mean I've always wanted to work with Gregg again on something. I was told they had already auditioned a bunch of vocalists and were going with

Ive been quiet about this long enough...rant warning. I'm 58 years old, and every year it gets harder to sing in a range I've always been comfortable with. Everyone is different...some people, usually tenors, have to take extra care to not blow out the 'ol voice box (that would be my world) and some just go out there and let it fly without much damage or loss of range and control. That being s

If you're interested in hearing me ramble on about White Sister, Tattoo Rodeo, DCD, and 12:06, well here ya go! If you do, check out the artist who created the music intro to the interview (no, it's not me). The new singer for the band is crazy good, Neil Donell. He gets a lot of flack for not "looking the part"...seems silly. The videos I saw do look a little strange since I believe all the previous front men played bass as well as sing lead, but for me that goes away when he starts singing. With a solid songwriting team in place I am really looking forward to something new!
