Hiya Has anyone seen anything like this before? I have the Beatles 62-66 and 67-70 sets (the older ones - in the hard cases - not the remasters) Went to play them and noticed the playing surface has a strange patternny thing on it THey have been stored in exactly the same place as my others cds - which are fine. These are the best pictures I could get cos of the reflective surface.

With HMV/Play its possible they have increased prices ready for the VAT changed from April. (VAT is chargeable on items from the Channel Islands) With VAT added it comes to approx 10.99 so perhaps theyve just bunged a pound on for the sake of it? lol Steve

Filesonic have now voluntarily closed all sharing facilities. You can only download files if you uploaded them yourself and have to do so through your account log in page thingy. And apparently Fileserve and Uploaded.to are blocking US ip addresses but remain open to rest of world

in addition, in the UK if you want to copy the cds to a laptop/media player (to save lugging hundreds of cds around), the DJ also needs a ProDub licence. Tier 1 is £250 for up to 5000 songs and goes up to Tier 4 which is £400 for up to 20,000 songs. This gives you permission to "copy music they own onto various formats and devices, such as from their CDs to their laptop, for the purp
