I wouldn't personally be able to the do 100 artists, one song each artist method. For me that's a different post. The reason why is because I have songs from movie soundtracks I absolutely love, yet I would never buy a cd from that artist. For example Moby's "Porcelain", All Saints "Pure Shores" and Sugar Ray's "Spinning Away" from "The Beach" soundtrack

I like what you’ve done here Mark. If others are struggling they certainly can take this approach, one song per band.

It’s going to be hard for me too Adolfo, but all my lists have been albums. I just wanted to do one that focussed on songs. We have a couple weeks to think, edit, scream and cry till we come to our final list :)

Gang, I came up with an idea replying to a post from Don a few days ago. A top 100 list. And I mean 'we are on a deserted island and these are the only 100 songs we'll ever listen to again" type of list. Ranking not important, just the songs. Genre not important, doesn't have to be melodicrock. We can spend the next couple weeks thinking, and building our respective lists. Then in

I checked my order closer.....DOH!!!! I searched for the CD on Ebay but it brought me to a page with the LP and I purchased without much thought. So I now have two LP's of the White Wolf debut, a

He's the writer of one of the biggest pop hits ever (Call My Maybe). His band Marianas Trench has got a lot of love on this board over the years and they've reached a pretty high level of success in Canada, touring arenas. The later albums were more pop rock, but several fantastic songs.
