My guess is expect ballads and R&B stuff. I doubt there will be a rocker (but I hope). But hell, it's Perry and there is some great songwriters in the track list. And its "Randy Goodrum" and he was responsible for 3/4 hits on Street Talk.

He supposedly has had it since the early 2000s. Maybe he let it lapse and somebody snapped it up? Definitely wont believe until hear it from himself or fanasylum. but really hope so. fanasylum weighed in and it's legit. Wow. Has there ever been in history a lag of 24 years from a platinum solo artist between albums?

The saddest part of FTLOSM 4-5 songs left out were better than 1/2 that were in. Home At Last and this song, being my favorite Perry solo tune should have seen the light of day. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sNrHRAF2V7Y Let Go, as well. Even One More Time, better than the other slow song I am. oops. thanks must have been listening to Shooting Star

Shooting Star Hang on is a great album. 3 songs were played a lot on FM radio here. The title song break out and Hollywood. Sweet Elatia and Flesh and Blood were as great as well. They kind of reminded me of Survivor's debut, raw and gritty but melodic as hell, and violins to boot. Have a special place in my heart for the song Hollywood. Amazing song. Congrats for your finds.Have to

Initially like Somewhere there's hope but the song blew me away live. It is really to bad there was never a soundboard quality of his FTLOSM tour. Was lucky enough to go to the 1st and 2nd show where his voice was spotless. Heard towards the end when he had bronchitis issues it dipped somewhat. Damn, Brewster sounds great here too! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VKH6zBxbLm0

Loved the first album, second one never grabbed me after a few spins.Cross the line was a favorite. Anyone recommend a song from the 2nd CD that sounds like the first? If good I will try one more listen.

I still will never understand why the Magness/Perry tune Lost Angles never got released with Perry's vocals, It's better than most songs on FTLOSM. (Didnt even make it on any of his +5 albums. Would be cool if he wrote with PErry for his alleged yet unreleased album.

The reviews for the Target field concert said Def Leppard blew Journey out away. Big Journey fan but their setlist is dreadful compared to Leppard. To many ballads and too many solos. Last time they played with Leppard they had more rocking songs. And don't get me started on the Cain Medley.

Means he may or not do (or air) an interview for CBS Sunday Morning. Yes the photos with fans in Hanford is promising, but the only explanation I have heard its for a amateur band contest, one that he won back back in the day for Bill Graham, (not the same one). I am hoping that this, the Idol and Toad Sprocket is a precursor to a final release to an album we have heard about for 2 1/2 years

Steve will never return to Journey, but I really hope Neal and him do something in the future. They had so much chemistry writing those infinity through departure albums. There's this internet buzz by no reliable sources that Perry will appear on US National TV for an interview, hope it happens but wont hold my breath. They say its for anywhere from an music contest to a new album release.

Without DSB resurgence Journey would still be playing casinos and state fairs. Or 3 package deals for 1/2 arenas, Def Leppard jut has so many more iconic hits (that were not ballads). Always being present and touring has really helped them as well.

Was seriously thinking about seeing them as they are playing Target field, a beautiful outdoor stadium that seats 42,000 for concerts. Heck Sir Paul played their just a year or so ago. But seeing the setlist is a huge letdown, seriously TWO not so good solos Neal? And the same lame "Cain meddley" of ballads. Cool they added Liberty since the 4th of July though, but amazed any cas

Synchronicity II sounds right off the B Side of Frontiers. Not a big fan of the Police, but this song rocks, and 3/5th of Journey does the song well.

A big Journey fan, but wont spend a dime to hear the same set list. Glad Collen is back, and that Leppard plays for the real fans. Not the causal ones. Was gonna catch this tour, but once the setlist was revealed for Journey. No.

Agree with you there, Runway lights is probably my favorite premonition song. Dave must have had a hard time with this. picking 10 mostly non hits I cant think of 1 song i skip from them, except from Reach. I still will never understand why Jamison, probably one of the best RNR singers of all time didnt sing talkin' bout love. Also... I always had the cassette for Premonition.

Okay, 90 minutes, "ugh", not at all. Awesome interview...listened to it all. Love Bickler. Many great great choices...only thing I would change is Santa Ana Winds from CTIG, but I guess he had too many of those over the top ballads to rockers like nothing can shake me and the heart is a lonely hunter. Total Nostalgia hearing you know who you are from the GH album. Love that song.

Would love to hear his top 10. But 90 minutes? ugh If someone could give us the songs that would be great. Also, when they are still alive Bickler needs to do one more album with Pterick/Sullivan

closest for me is the Perry led Journey. ONly two songs I skip, ever, even on Dream after Dream. only exception is the ultra pop Suzanne and the ultra mary poppins Magic moments song. I guess you could say Steve PErry solo, only though its about only 40 songs or so. never skip any. Maybe I am. Kansas comes close too for the Walsh years. Elefante albums has a couple of skips - especially A

Sad the only reason this tour is happening is the $$$ they need for their ex-wives (and new wives). What should really happen is Journey through time should tour theaters.

Seeing that DLR cant sing. (Actually it is pretty sad he "talks" the whole song) Michael is better off touring with Hagar.

Hope that the quick sellout will motivate them to play a few more times in bigger venues, 2-3K+ I bet Neal is gonna love playing the old stuff. Its sad that in the almost 20 years Journey has been back on tour Rolie has only done a couple things with them. The only thing, Will they do any of Jon's material? Odd Schon did an EP with two of his songs,

#1 by far is Survivor/Jimi Jamison. And I own everything they did. Had an opportunity to see Jimi in 2010 at a very small venue and still kick myself for not going. My friends were mostly metal heads in the 80s and there was no one I could talk one into going. Van Halen - Wasnt a huge fan til the mid 80's. After hearing Roth sing in 2008 had no desire to spend $$$ Boston - had tickets fo

Think Im in Love - a song i never get sick of. Amazed he wrote it cause its so unlike anything he did to the point. Could have been a Hagar song. Walk on Water - Great song for the late 80's another song nothing like before. Two tickets, yes his signature song, but so good.

A great record, a couple filler songs, but they are okay. Running the Risk is a hidden gem and should have gotten airplay. Until the end of time is an awesome underrated ballad.
