LOL! Naw....been out in the wilderness hiking and camping and things like that....you know, a fat old guy like me should be knackered by the time i get back home after all of that but it really gets me energized. i'll be headed out to Rocky Mountain National Park for a week in August. Another thing that i've found out recently talking to folks in the recording industry who know what the hell is going on....the way of the record label is going the way of the dodo. In the next few years, you can bet that a very established, very popular, household name band is going to do an electronic release only (where you pay X amount to download the all of the songs and artwork) and see ya

Hello.... Great questions and great points made by everyone.... The latest trend that the record companies like is having a "ready to go" project where your CD is already completed and basically all they have to do is distribute it....This was the route we (Teer) were going in but we couldn't agree with our "investor" (the person funding us) on several points of a contract.

....Every time theres an event like this....here in the states, we have OUTDOOR festivals where you have to rough it in a tent for 3 days....a lot of times there are no shower facilities....the idea is to see a bunch of bands and have a lot of fun getting drunk....and usually 30-40,000 people turn up....and i'm sure they aren't complaining about little stuff like you folks are! Anything by George Lynch or Rhodes is outstanding.....but you all have forgot John Sykes!!!!! The stuff that guy plays on the Whitesnake album is great....and don't forget Ralphys solo on "Together as One"....one of my favorites.... i was always influenced by Steve Harris and Geddy Lee....But Maidens "Phantom Of The Opera" is awesome as is "Red Barchetta" by Rush...
