Brexit made the VAT-Addition for orders from the UK to the EU from Jan. 1st. 2021 and now the VAT-free import below 22 € is stopped as of July 1. 2021 for all orders sent from outside the EU. UK (and Europe) are Region 2 just like Japan. NTSC is no problem over here in Europe anylonger. The DVD says Region Code 2 - so you either need a code free player or a european one to play it in the US :) you can quite easily get it through discogs.com
