My guess is it Could be a case of someone paid for the recording of the songs some years ago, and they will have a rightful claim on the masters, Sounds like this person or company sold them to a record company who are releasing it. Perfectly legal if not ethical. Bob has since made a new statement about it.

Haha funny thing I was telling people last night that years ago you had young lads coming up saying will look after your car for £1 Parking was not too bad where I parked was £15 though but there were lads outside charinging a tenner to park on the grass verges, mad. Venue was great and the band were fantastic
