Vocals remind me of Joe Lynn Turner on his Euro-metal album. That gruffness, slightly harsh tone.

My favourite by far, and the one survivor album I play on a regular basis. Top top stuff.

Glenn is one of my favourites so yes! I have got a bit fed up of the harking back to the 70's perpetually especially the repeated Burn tours. Would liked to have seen a few more solo albums and varied tracks from his huge career live over the last 5-10 years.

How can you tire of this song! Still love it every time I hear it. They got it right with the sparseness of Ritchie's contribution to the track and just letting his riff and the rest of the band breathe.Kudos to Martin Birch for that. The previous remix with extra ritchie guitar parts just sounds wrong, the song just loses its atmosphere. A classic that I will always love and never tire of l

So looks like June for the latest BCC album, imaginatively titled V, with the first single early March "Stay Free". Looking forward to it.

He picks some cracking songs to cover, some of my favourites. Decent effort but not a patch on JLT this time.

I like it when Dino sings in that Dio meets Coverdale voice. This does nothing for me. Not my cup of coffee.

Bin it. It's fucking horrendous. I know the rock scene had got a bit peacock or as Coverdale put it "Christmas tree" in appearance but man the music was so much better than this dirge stuff that replaced it in popularity.

This sounds more like Lee Small/phenomena than Glenn Hughes Trapeze. Would make sense if Tom Galley involved. Have seen Glenn himself on Twitter say its not his band Trapeze.

His vocal style here is too metal for me. If he toned it down a notch and was more in his Coverdale/Dio mode would enjoy him.

Brilliant album, way ahead of it's time with a cracking mixture/blend of song styles. I only wish Glenn had made more albums like this say with guys like Steve Vai or John Sykes. It was pretty rare to get a hold of a copy of this vinyl early in the 1980's so I was more than delighted when managed to get a copy from a local second hand store back in the day. Still have it too.

I'm not quite sure what Steve was expecting from the band. He took initial temporary time off then decided to leave full time. Plus the guys are in their mid 70's and just want to get out there playing and performing whilst they physically can.

It's very Judgement day, like it musically and sonically but not keen on the vocals.
