Holy shit this show is hilarious and violent and dark. It has a great soundtrack that so far has included Wig Wam, Trixter, Y&T and especially the Quireboys. I think the members of this board will appreciate the tone of the show, but definitely the music.

I love this band but holy crap the production is so bad on this. It just sounds terrible.

Good song, but man the guitars and vocals sound bad on that. I hope this is not the final mix. If it is, it has to be one of the worst production jobs I have ever heard from a pro level band.

Wow that is a great song. I am looking forward to hearing the rest of the album. On a side note, does anyone know what kind of guitar the singer is playing?

Whatever dude. They had lots of digital recordings in the 1970s I guess. I don't know why I bother posting here.

My expectations were really low, but I have to say that is damn good. Modern production on a song that would be right at home on any classic Tull album. I get why people would prefer guitars and drums, but this is a different thing. This is in my top ten of the year I think.

Mike Portnoy's drumming is intrusive and annoying.

Two posts on this tour, and both of them incorrect. Billy Idol OR Toto depending on the dates.

I had a job interview with Shoney's in 1988. Does that mean I am now the corporate spokesman?

Do the Go Gos deserve to be in there before Jethro Tull or Vanilla Fudge? Absolutely not. That is more the point.

Adele is not for me, but there is no denying her unbelievable talent. Her voice is one of the absolute best ever.

The video is a bit of a groaner, but this is another solid song from Donnie to support his new USB "boxed set." He has a great body of work, and his album Beautiful Things is an absolute favorite of mine. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WW2SXFmBun8

I really, really love Songs From the Big Chair, and Sowing the Seeds of Love is a sonic masterpiece. With that being said this new song is really bland. I want to love it but I just find it so blase I can't imagine listening to it again.

This is a great album by any standard. I break it out every few years and give it a spin.

One of my good friends plays in this band. The album is really good but the studio does not do them justice- they are a smoking live band. Definite Jimmy Page influence in the guitar playing. Hope you like them. https://therighteousblokes.com/track/2766526/the-mountain

Literally everything Pink Floyd has put out since 1973 sounds flawless, whether the music is appealing or not IMO.

My only question is why does anyone want or need this? This album is not even close to the best Pink Floyd album, but the sound and production is flawless. Surely even some of the more cantankerous members of this board can't argue with the sound of this album. Other than a cash-in, is there any legitimate reason to change this album? David Gilmour's 80 year old ears are going to make it worse if

I have always felt that something is off in the production of this album. The harmonies sound really compressed and unnatural. Can't argue with the songs though, they are stellar from top to bottom. It does seem like every song is a three minute attempt at a radio hit, with less chances for Schon to stand out.

Interesting. I had only ever heard the addictions claim that was in the original version of Behind the Music. Seems like there was a lot more to it than that. REO has not done any new music that is interesting at all without Richrath, but their sound was so dated by 1989 I doubt they would have had more hits under any circumstances. Still, I would have loved to see them live with him. I have seen

Well yeah, but she sang on one of the most famous songs of this genre (Paradise by the Dashboard Lights) and her album and voice are much better than anything seminal melodic rock bands like Bon Jovi have put out in 20 years, so to me it is relevant news that she has an album out.
