Fan fashion. Much like those who wanted DLR back with VH.

WOW. I just listened to Poundcake Live on their promo. Holy crap what a great mix. And just watch MAs fingers and forearm when he plays. MA is fantastic on bass and this video proves that. Plus the bass is very audible. Absolutely fantastic

Not much but really why don’t they include those rarities on the rarities disc last October. More proof that the vault is full of great stuff. At least it’s coming out.

Agreed. I can’t have enough music. And there were many many amazing songs on 1000000000000000 fans album, and not Edge of a Broken Heart.

Because that is not an accurate statement at all. That’s why.

Agreed, very sad if this is the best they can do. Especially when you listen to the three new Richie Sambora songs, which was also cleverly released at the same time. Just imagine Richie working with Jon, and Bob Rock at the helm....they could do something unbelievable.

I’m confused about what the problem is. I have 6 IKEA Symphonisk Speakers which are Sonos. I also control my music through my iPhone. No problems at all. What update and where?

No he didn't invent it, but Jon saying "we bring back the talk box" is taking the credit away from Richie, who used it in many many songs.

I keep hoping for something great and it never happens. It's not bad, it's just not great. Seems very formulaic as well. Especially when compared to the recent two Richie songs.

I've not been a fan of his solo stuff at all, so this is weird because I actually really really like this album. 4 listens in and it's a small grower, but he brings the vocals, but also so much amazing guitar work. My problem is, other than the three "guest" guitarist, who the heck plays on all the other songs?

That chorus is really great, and I can just imagine this in a more rocking BJ kind of way. They could create one more really great, unique, album together if they just did it. Not in this lifetime I guess.

I swear that Richie was drunk for all his interviews in front of the consol, it was hard to watch. Because, the interview at the last episode, when he's in red, and they say "one year later", he is coherent and much better spoken.

Two episodes in, so I won't read other's opinions on it yet, but so far, it's very interesting. Had no Idea how big of a part David plays in the band, being the longest member and best friend to Jon.

yeah, it's actually pretty good. Modern, not classic. Sounds more like a Sixx AM song with Vince singing. It's obvious that they need to sell under the Motley Crue banner, but without Mick, it's a different band actually.

No, period. Prayer is a classic, no doubt, but there are even better by the band.

I feel that if JBJ and Richie worked together, for a good solid year, they could pump out one great lasts BonJovi album of great songs. It will be different, not classic, but still top notch.... One could hope.

+1, Almost completely agree with you. But I am not a fan of streaming, so it's all digital files for me. Much higher quality than CDs (and don't get me started on vinyl).

The one in the box set is almost identical, but they told us that it was a different vocal take while jon was sick, and you can totally hear that he was sick.

I think this is great news. Diamond Stars Halo is an absolute amazing album, especially at this point in their career. A single is good. Hopefully they will have a full new album of new music soon, maybe next year? I love me my Def Leppard.
