It seems to start of like Ventura Highway but appears to be their own track.

I love this album but if your not a fan of the lighter stuff, which seems to be the case on here more often than not, probably a try before you buy situation.

Awesome! I have been waiting a while for this and it will be on my 'to buy' list. I loved the debut that Andrew was involved with getting out there.

My wife and I just returned today from a trip to Cambodia and Vietnam of which we left at the beginning of March when things weren't too bad and we decided to continue with it. Suffice to say the last 4 days or so have been bloody stressful wondering whether we would get back OK. Vietnam is basically in full lockdown now. We did make it back but in 14 days isolation here in NZ now. Fortunately Vi

Easy answer for me. 80's were the only period for me up to and including Desire Walks on. I am not a fan of Barracuda.

Elton John at around 1974 at age 12. I remember he opened with Funeral For a Friend/ Love Lies Bleeding and it was a brilliant concert opener.

The true reason for this should be told as it seems to be a complete F'up by the organisers. 1 or 2 bands can happen but now 4 of what are probably the headliners is unbelievable. I had planned to come over from NZ for this but had booked a family o'seas trip just prior to when the dates were announced. These 4 bands were the big pull for me - pleased I didn't now as would have cost a bunch with

according to their Facebook Site. This is like watching dominoes fall. Gutted for all the fans that had booked tickets.

That is gutting for the fans especially pulling the pin so close to the event itself. I do wonder why organisers of these festivals book so many bands when surely fewer bands would cost less money and the fans also get longer sets from their favourite ones. I would have thought the amount of bands or artists could have been almost halved. We have a Summer Concert Tour festival which is only for

Yea. Most people I know consider him to be the voice of Toto but after reading Steve Lukather's book I never realised that they had issues from almost day one with his vocal inconsistencies in a live situation. I am not a fan of his voice anyway.

Yea I agree. I love Desire Walks on as well and felt there was enough 80's Heart in it to make it an awesome album.

I agree Juliocruz. I was amped to see them live a few years back for the first time but literally walked out during the last song which was yet another (of 5) Led Zep covers. Only 3 songs from the 80's era. Anything outside of that period I can do without. I will never bother to see them live again for that reason.

Black Swan 'superior' or you just like it better. Big difference :) On that basis I should think H.E.A.T is superior and throw stones at Black Swan. But there is just music I like better than others. Nothing is superior to anything else. But I will admit it is easier type Black Swan than H.E.A.T :)

Those on your list are quite a different style though Dave and hard to compare. I prefer the H.E.A.T more melodic style for me. I am in a minority with the latter day Harem Scarem and I struggle with them apart from a few songs (Debut aside which I love). H.E.A.T is all over them for me.
