...just listen to ´Knowing Me, knowing You´ from 1976 ! I mean, It doesnt get more ´high tech AOR´ than that... and that was Years before even Journey or Foreigner developed their Melodic Style !!

from Nunos recent Facebook post. Nuno Bettencourt 12 Std. · As a kid who’s life was forever altered when the needle dropped on the fade in of Running With The Devil. I dreamed that one day I could earn my own stripes. But those stripes are only and forever Edward’s. Today, 40 years later, I can only mourn those Stripes. Once upon a time in Hollywood, recently, while record

after your modest remarks about the production I expected the worst but, WOW.. that sounded surprisingly punchy and well produced, considering the HomeRecording Setup of the time. Was that 8-track some semi pro hardware or just an analogue Tape Multitracker like the noisy YAMAHA MT8X, I had to deal with at the time ? at the beginning of Exit Roots I fist thought it would be a Cover of "N

But a proper fitting Ending/Closure has to be arranged/composed as well and thats where many Artists just go the ´easy route´ sadly

Robby Valentine - Valentines Overture Part I That 11 Min Monster easily justified getting the Debut Album a second time as an expensive japanese Import back then. Same goes for Valentines Overture Part II which was a jap Bonus on his MAGIC INFINITY Album. They where not "leftover throwaways" though. According to Robby they initially where meant to open and close the Magic Infin
