The only wise thing Tom SCholz should do is to rejuvinate the band in the same way Foreigner did, otherwise they will continue to be a joke with the current line up. It's a pity we cannot see Boston tour the world and listen to a new REAL Boston record when Journey-Toto-Foreigner and other bands of that era are successfully touring the planet

I think it's interesting ,with this vinyl resurgence, take a look at the modern turntables,I found these articles, hope you will like it. If they sound as good as they look, and having listened to some of them, I BET they will, music must be heaven played by these modern machines. http://www.stereophile.com/category/turntable-reviews http://www.russandrews.com/article-Turntable-Guide-ttintr

I have play my lp collection for decades and no sign of degrading at all. They still sound WAY better than ANY digital format. And don't forget that the modern turntables are MUCH better than the old ones, with many of them you don't hear anymore the typical crack and pop noises we were used to. If the record company would be smart and clever (an almost impossible thing)they would sell vinyl

Rocknut,of course, for me at least,Aldo Nova is not an "hero" at all but he's a "legend" in a musical sense cause his first two albums are masterpieces. Funnily enough I thought he was in much better form physically and in worst form musically, the contrary is true instead to my ears and eyes. Anyway I don't think he is able to do any tour in this condition, otherwise he would

Yes but take a look at him....I wonder how he can actually sing. And then his voice was very high pitched and he is older now,so he is not that bad at over 50 I'm much more worried about his health than his vocals though

For me Aldo Nova is MORE legend than many of the names you have cited. His first two albums are masterpieces and I really couldn't care less of what the "official" legends charts says. The videos are absolutely NOT dreadful,I would say that given the not ideal health condition of Aldo he plays and sing quite well . I think that we should all have respect for a man who looks so unheal

Hey at 50 a man he's YOUNG nowadays!!! Age means NOTHING...what I see is not an old man but an unhealthy one! Aldo is an hero and a legend,it would be great if someone could take care of him! Anyway he play and sing very well, does someone knows why he looks so unhealthy?

This is GREAT news!!!!! I didn't expect him to play (and singing) that good I didn't expect him to look so old ..... (he moves very slow...maybe he should go to the gym...) However I don't think he wears a wig

PP....are you realizing that you are ridicolous? You have post a "spot on" comment on JMac post about "cliched relique on a bygone era" and then you post a comment about Brandon Flowers crossroads who sound like simple minds (isn't their "era" the same Jmac referred to on his comment...? ) stating that is "a fine pop song..and the vido...wow" So the &qu

You are free to say all the nonsense you want but you sound like a poor clown if you keep telling us or approving the ones who say "bygone era" "80's cliches" etc.... You called "rant" what you find difficult to understand for your brain,I can understand it but it's not my fault

Probably it will be minute but NOT because they are bad as you think but because they are have not access to the major media channels, you like it or not this is the simple truth. And ripetitive is YOU with your BORING statements on who is good and who is not.....in the end WHO ARE YOU?

You are just showing the poor level of cerebral neurons you've got in your brain. Learn to respect bands which have passion and love the music they play, you can also not like them,of course, but you cannot dislike them because they are "80's cliches band" or things like that. This is a MELODIC ROCK site,I DO want bands to sound (and also look) like Outloud, otherwise I would visit jazz-

Any music can be successful if well promoted, just a dumb idiot would not be able to understand this simple truth. Yet there is some people who live in a a fantasy world and continue to insanely repeat "the 80's is a bygone era" when the majority of pop music today SOUNDS AND LOOKS like that decade! P-A-T-H-E-T-I-C If there is an "era" where the "eras" are not a

Two of the greatest guitar players of all times (and of all genres) are Paul Pesco (who nowadays play with Daryl Hall in his wonderful Daryl's house )and Paul Jackson jr. They have played in countless records (Pesco also played in the first Madonna record in songs lik Lucky Star)and they deserves an higher place in the guitarists world. http://www.livefromdarylshouse.com/ http://www.youtub
