I wanted to like it. I really wanted to. That said, I’d welcome a new album from these guys.

It doesn’t sound like 1986 so some people are going to hate it. I don’t hate their stuff after 2000, as much as I just lost interest with/after Lost Highway. I really liked Crush. Bounce, not nearly as much. Then really liked Have A Nice Day. Then, for whatever reason, I hardly listened to anything post-Lost Highway, which I actually think has a few really good songs.

I certainly like that version, but I wouldn't call it improvised, per se. I think of improvisation as spontaneous and "making it up as you go", whereas that was clearly a rehearsed, retooled version of the song. Still very cool and a reminder that Jon could sing.

Look, I saw them this summer and Vince was okay. He sounded better than I expected. A new guitarist, I don’t care who it is, isn’t going to make much of a difference.

Great White plays a lot of dates throughout the year, although they are pretty much done for 2022. I'm guessing they count on these dates to earn a living and pay their bills and need a lead singer who is going to be there. If Kendall and company are guilty of anything, it is making rash decisions that aren't well thought out beyond the here and now. I've always had the impression that the b

I think it’s brilliant. It was my first exposure to Triumph and I thought it was really good the first time I heard it. I only know the hits of the rest of their catalog, not full albums. So, by default, this one is my favorite! Lol

I bought White Lion’s Big Game (cassette) while we were on a family vacation throughout the New England states. That one always reminds me of that trip, the miles in the car and the stops along the way.

My Cult knowledge and exposure isn't real deep. Sonic Temple was my first time really listening to them and I love that album. Over the years, I've become familiar with their older catalog, which I think is pretty good, but I don't really know much after Ceremony. Having said that, I just listened to the new one this morning as I've been working and really liked what I heard!

I love both of these albums, from start to finish. Maybe it was being 21, in my 4th year of college, loving life and recalling all those memories, but I still think they’re great. Certainly a departure from AFD and a more grandiose vision, but the songs are well crafted. Too many killer songs for one album. Estranged is on another level. Brilliance.

I’m loving it! I’d pretty much given up on ever hearing a new Ozzy album of this quality (if ever a new Ozzy album at all). This one is very well done. Sounds modern with old school Ozzy elements. Full of hooks and melody. 8/10
