Their music and energy is just infectious...
It's just sad that they haven't been able to land more gigs here in the US to this point...I just know that people would take to them if they got the chance to play in front of some bigger crowds by opening for somebody like Def Leppard or some other established band.
I virtually forced my wife to go see them at MRF4 in Chicago. Now she had heard some of the songs before but had never paid any attention to them and was really grumpy about going to see them...
Well...by the time they rolled into the second song (Shot At Redemption), she was bouncing around and trying to sing along and after the show she says "Wow, they were really, really good". And then she proceeds to tell me that I need to load their music onto her phone :)
Now, I think my wife is very representative of the types of fans they could pick up if they were just given a chance. She grew up in the 80's and loves Def Leppard, Bon Jovi, Poison, Motely Crue, etc...But she doesn't search out new music.
It's just amazing being able to walk away from a show so impressed considering that they basically have so little on stage. I mean, there's no pyro, no big HD screens, no gimmicks...It's just great music and pure energy/emotion. Although, it would be awesome seeing them on a big stage with HD screens and a full production show :)
And to top it off, they are really great guys. I still can't believe they came out to meet people and sign autographs after their MRF4 set that ended around 2AM...That really spoke volumes to me. And then chatting with them they were all so grateful and humbled to be there...Just really makes it easy to support them and root for them.
