The surprising thing is how people outside their supposed 'genre' have complemented them on their influences (even Kip Winger has spoken about it...waiting for Reb Beach to say something, since he worked with them on the ESP album).

I learned about it last night due to a splash page on CNN at work. Not a good commute home.
