My opinions about this album were pretty much the same as yours Terry, the mellow mood of the album is something I've grown into as well. Having said that it's not all that often I play the album, but that's not because it's bad as when I want to hear Coverdale's superb vocals I tend to play Whitesnake-albums. I must be "in the right frame of mind" to put this album on - but when I ever so seldomly do I appreciate it more than if I had played it more regularily. The only track that bothers me is the re-recording of Too Many Tears - the song itself is superb as shown on Restless Heart but the new version leaves me cold!

Favorites are: River Song, She Gave Me, Love is Blind and the superb ballad Don't Cry..... hmmm that makes up the first part of the album I see. So I'd better dig it out again as it's been a while
