I love VOICE OF REASON from their first period. I thought BIG BANG THEORY was ok. BELIEVE is great and the remix CD even better. The extra tracks are worthy.

I do like the new era CDs on Frontiers, but they at times sound like a confused band. There's a mix of early HS, the moodier sounds of VOR etc and the pop-rock-isms of RUBBER. They are a little like a GOO GOO DOLLS record where they have two almost distinct styles on each record. I think on each of the Frontiers CDs there is a few tracks on each that just don't do it at all for me. They also sounded a little samey is production, mainly down to Pete's later guitar tone. NOT at downer though.

I compiled the best 4 or 5 tracks from each of the Frontiers era CDs, coupled with 2 off of HESS...it makes one brilliant record. Now that should be a Best Of ...........Mario?
