I think you guys are nuts, too. Absolutely LOVE the new album. In fact, it's one of my top 5 albums of the whole past year. I'll admit, on the first couple of listens, I wasn't entirely sold, but BURN BURN BURN sure did grow on me. Oh, and the extra BURN, is because that's what the "Deluxe" edition with the two bonus tracks and bonus DVD is called. And btw, those two extra tracks are pretty dynamite, too, particularly, "The Right Stuff".

As for the rest of their catalog, I'd say they've never made a bad record, but NAVEED would probably be my least favorite album of all of them. A few great songs, but the rest doesn't do much for me.

Sure, the band has changed their sound a bit over the years, especially after founding guitarist Mike Turner left the band right before GRAVITY was being made. Many OLP fans feel they lost something, or went 'too commercial' after that - but I'm not one of them.
