I wouldn't consider them "Power Pop" at all, but I do love the band.

I've only had a chance to listen to the new album once now, and I'm not quite sure what I think about it yet. It's definitely more experimental like "Blue", and barring a song or two, nowhere near as radio friendly as any of their other albums. It may end up being a grower, but we'll have to see. Their debut is still their best in my book, and one of my favorite albums of the last decade or so.
