Re: Rock City are prejudiced against Thunderground bought ticket holders?

Couldn't agree with you more. Rock City owe people nothing other than a refund for any tickets that were purchased via them for Thunderground. They've worked their little socks off to help THE FANS see a decent gig instead of just letting it go.
Would you expect to go into a bank and draw money out when you don't have an account there? No, you'd go to the bank you have your account with.
This is the same thing, Rock City do not have your money and as such do not owe you a refund. Daren/Thunderground have your money and it is he that you need to take your gripes up with.
Rock City should be commended for the hard work at short notice they have put in to support this gig going ahead so that folks still have something to look forward to.
As someone who purchased their ticket the same day the festival was announced via Rock City, as at that time there was no mention of getting the ticket via Thunderground without having to pay a booking fee, can I just say that no one said ... aw that's a shame you had to pay more for your ticket when you had to stump up the postage and booking fee!
Stop your complaints and either go or don't go, it will be a cracking night regardless and The Rescue Rooms is a really cool place to see a gig.
