Jeeez, people ... is this SO DIFFICULT to understand???
There is NO prejudice, for God (Goddess's?) sake.

Those who bought tickets direct from Rock City .. Rock City STILL have that money! They don't pay to festival organiser till the day of show! So effectively they can off-set that money againt the new show, and refund the difference.

Those who bought direct from Thunderground ... Rock City don't see a penny of that money, so they can't justify accepting those tickets.

Yes, it sucks .. but don't blame Rock City or Rock-It promotions, who are trying hard to ensure at least some kinda show goes ahead.
