Because it's NO LONGER Thunderground who are putting on the current show. The current organsiers have NOTHING to do with Thunderground and wouldn't see a penny from any direct sales made via Thunderground website ... so why should they honour those tickets?
As I said elsewhere, refunds should be applied for from Thunderground organsiers directly, and THIS Wig Wam + Dante Fox show looked at as a totally different event.
