It has far more filler now than I remember it having when it was released. It just doesn't hold up as well as CLAK and ITF.

Into The Fire is his overlooked masterpiece, great stuff from start to finish on that album. Reckless isn't a bad album at all, but compared to Cuts Like A Knife and Into The Fire it just doesn't have the staying power.
That said Run To You is one of the best pop/rock songs ever written......but Heaven is just hideous.

I saw him tour Cuts.. and Reckless and the man was amazing. Not sure about now, though.
