Yes SYP was polished, but not keyboard laden. Pete didn't dissolve that band because of that. He as ever, made crap business decisions which Paul advised him not to take. It was to do with that and the certain involvement of a person who was behind the scenes with UFO that made Paul bail in 87. Eric Gamans came in and by then even DV was wondering what shower of @!#$ he had gotten involved with.

I think merging SYP and Tyketto's DCE would be awesome...there couldn't be a better template for a killer melodic rock record. Be nice if those two could speak and let old arguments go.

Tony M.....There'sno reason DV couldn't do this and Vaughn etc. These days with pro-tools and the net, bands/members can do soooo much more than before. You know that.

Yeah..SYP was the best WAYSTED record....did anyone hear and like the last one? I think I played it 5 times. Pauls demo's of what it should have sounded like the ass out of what was released...strange days.
