personally I have never found it a problem receiving promos from anywhere in the world, from bands and labels, in fact both Perris and Metal Mayhem have been great promo wise in the past.

However I do know that bands do prefer to be asked for promos rather than just send them to any site hoping for reviews, make its more personal and one on one, its allot of fun and a lot of work if you have the time searching and helping new bands, something I've not had the time for last couple of years, but by and large Dan your site is a great reference point and bands would be nuts not to send you stuff, I have discovered so many gems thanks to your work on HH.

btw, your ebay monitor, is stuff really going for those prices on ebay? that's nuts
