If you are a family member of someone that has been killed by such an dumb act as this fire then the last thing you want to see is how well Jack Russell's facelift went. You don't want to see the band on tour as if it never happened. You don't even want to see them on tour if they have a banner saying their sorry over the drum riser. You simply don't want to see them period.
Whether those two guys suffer over this or not, I don't know but I do know that they should never let those families see them in a happy state of being.
If my daughter died in a fire like that, I'd want somebody to pay for it. Just for a second, picture one of your family members dying in a fire caused by negligence. Picture life without them and their funeral.
How would you feel about the people that made the unforgivable mistake still out doing the thing that caused the fire.
A few years ago my boss died in a car accident because for some reason the guy in the oppposite lane crossed over and hit him head on. The guy wasn't drunk but he was obviously messing with the air conditioner, playing with the radio, or something else that took his attention off of the road. Who knows what he was doing but it wasn't watching the road.
That guy has moved on with his life with no penalties and my boss has a widow and three fatherless children all under the age of eight.
