Its a new waters song called leaving beirut. It was inspired by a lebanese family that looked after him when his car broke down whilst (as a young man) he was travelling in the area.

Clearly the guy who went to the gig was not a big waters fan because if he was he would have heard his solo albums which contain a lot of anti war messages and anti bush politics in them e.g. the bravery of being out of range....
