I always dug the bass line that carried the song "Twilight Zone" by Golden Earring. There's even a bass solo on that one.
"Bark at the Moon" by Jake E. Lee. That solo still gives me chills. I also dig all of the guitar on "Highwire" by Badlands, also Jake E. Lee.
"Don't Tell Me You Love Me" - Night Ranger's Brad Gillis & Jeff Watson
"In My Dreams" by Dokken's George Lynch
"Crash & Burn" John Norum from Don Dokken's band
There is probably a million more....
