I'm with Todd regarding "Dancing In The Moonlight" and Phil Lynott. He was the master. Another huge favourite when it comes to basslines is the intro/melody of "Waiting For An Alibi".
Rhandy Rhoads solos were always fantastic, what a guitarist! The first one that comes to mind are of course already mentioned "Crazy Train". Huge!
I've always loved Jake E Lee's solo in "Bark At The Moon" also.
The best and coolest basslline I've ever heard are the intro to "Color My XTC" by Marcel Jacob/Talisman. Marvelous stuff.
Among many others........
