The record company made a HUGE balls-up of Euphoria in the UK. They delayed the single Promises, which I believe was released on the same week the album was, so there was no build up and no promotion.
With X, the record company released 'Now' first (which was a mistake). They should've released Long Long Way To Go or You're So Beautiful.
'Now' is not a radio friendly song in my opinion.
