Toto 'live':

Finally got the chance (after all these years) to see Toto in concert. What can I say-it was fantastic! I've heard about their live shows and they didn't dissappoint!! Even w/o David Paich(who is apparently recovering from an illness?), they were great. Can't recall the guest keyboardist's name, but he's a black guy who's played with a lotta greats, including Eric Clapton. Great player and very cool onstage personality. The band played stuff from all eras-even a couple from the 'non-Kimball' period ('Pamela',and 'Angel Don't Cry'). We got to meet Bobby Kimball briefly and he said the new cd is awesome and we'll love it! Can there be any doubt coming from these guys? Kimball also mentioned that they have new management here in the States, and will be touring over here more regularly in the future. GREAT news!! Can't wait for the new cd-'Mindfields' was way cool, but maybe just a warm-up to this new one? Psyche!
