Still can't hear bugger all and I had ear protectors too. My lawyers will be in touch Kieran, lol.
Surprise of the day - House of Shakira - didn't expect much from the little bits I'd heard before, but what harmonies and hats off to the bass player's dentist
Band of the Day - Dare, though the soundman should turn up the lead guitar more
Performance of the day - Soul Sirkus, yes band as well, but the individual components were as good as the collective. Given that Neal had 3 different people on stage to those he started out with no very long ago, to put on that show was awesome. Yes they did some covers but only due to the lifespan of the band surely, even Pride had more albums to draw material from (great set by the way but try to cut out the nose picking by the amps !). I thought the new drummer (I missed his name several times) was a lot funkier than Deen Castronovo, the bass solo amazing and JSS awesome. I was one of Neal's goldfish. YESSSS !
Sights of the night - Paul Jerome Smith getting funky to Soul Sirkus and the bride who spent all night turning heads
To all those who stayed in Bradford hotels - wimps !
To all those driving deaf back down the M62 at 2.50am , I couldn't hear my car stereo either !
Thanks to all those who took Tara's Secret freebies, hope you can all make it to Primed V at Rotherham this Saturday 14th May where we'll be up on stage with Deadline who debut their new singer the same night
