I don't see how this is supporting your point. Augeri was told by doctors to cease touring immediately and rest his vocals or risk damaging them forever. But they made him tour anyway because they couldn't bear losing some money by cancelling the tour, risking his reputation even more than the bands, and we all know how that went....

Hard to believe you are actually trying to make Schon and Cain out to be honourable, accommodating and fair, but who knows, maybe you are right. I don't know them, only what I've read and heard....
