Re: Glenn Hughes has retired from live performances

Sad day for all us fans - and of course him too - but priority is health. I confident he is in good hands and that he will be alright. And as said most certainly we haven’t heard the last from him in terms of new recordings.
Glenn is at the top of the piedestal together with Gary and Phil for me. Grateful I got to see him a handful of times solo - especially on his comeback tour in 93/94 - and twice as past of the Hughes-Turner Project.
For different reasons I didn’t see him since his tour for Soul mover in 2005. His scheduled concerts in Stockholm in, was it, 2023 were cancelled as the Swedish promotor went into bankruptcy.. argh.
Sad day, but I’m grateful for everything Glenn gave us as a performer and also as I’m sure he’ll be taken well care of.
A man of divine talents.
