MOST of Pyro is programmed, if not all. Drummers seem to be more replaceable than others... Cinderella was already mentioned, Crimson Glory had programmed drums on Transcendence (but live cymbals), nobody is really sure what ended up on the first Vinnie Vincent Invasion album, Bobby Rock, drum machine or both, Judas Priest used machines on all of Ram It Down and some songs on both Defenders and Turbo (and the bass on Painkiller is Don Airey playing samples on keyboard) and Europe replaced Tony Reno on Wings of Tomorrow.
Still, if the album is good - and most of those are - it doesn't matter that much. But better if they are honest about it and credit the non-band member playing.
