There's a lot of moral outrage in this discussion, lot's of talk about "laziness" and "it's not music" and considering the demographic of this board that's perfectly understandable. But..
Will this be the view of the next generation of music listeners that will have grown up using AI? Will they have the opposite view? "Why on earth would you waste your time learning an instrument when technology will do it for you" they might say.
Personally I don't like knowing if something is created entirely by AI but is that view shared by the general public? I don't think so. If they like a song, they like the song. They don't care how it was created.
