Phil X is playing that, he's to the far left of Richie.

Richie's voice has aged and he's out of practice, but if you compare this to live in San Diego 1991, he still sounds like Richie. Where as JBJ's voice is now completely unrecognisable for what he used to be.

Richie's guitar playing has deteriorated a lot and he's also still recovering from a broken hand that he suffered last year.
