Not sure if you were aware of his work with Pagan's Mind but yes given they were more progressive there was some genuine comparisons between Nils and Tate back when.

And as much love as I have for LaTorre and appreciate the circumstances regards how he came to front Queensryche, when news broke of him joining Queensryche I quietly wished Nils had been the one ;)
