Yes, that's Peter Stormare. A coup definitely, very cool video.
It's a Europe 2.0 sounding track, having little of the classic era elements. Having said that, it is one of the better songs Europe 2.0 has released. There is even a hook in the refrain. Will be a modern classic along with Last look at eden and a staple in their set for the remainder of their career.
