As a VH fan that never seen him with VH, I'm hoping this UK tour will be mostly VH songs but of course I'm hoping for a couple Montrose songs and 1 or 2 solo tracks to. UK have been VH related neglected since before my time. Extreme play here regularly but they dont do VH (obviously). Chickenfoot came twice but again no VH (obviously).
Van Halen last played UK in 1995 as Special Guests to VH....and never came back.
Roth was last here in 2004 for 3 or 4 shows. He still sounded half decent imo. Band was great. Before that he was last here in 1994. We're lucky to be getting Sammy at all I think!
