Like others have said, this is what happens when you ignore a part of the world for so long. Journey the same. Aerosmith to a certain degree. A lot of bands hardly left America as it's such a big market. Also i feel the tide might be changing a bit with ticket sales in rock shows. Becoming far too expensive. Not just the ticket, but parking, potential hotel stay, transport etc. Not to mention the cost for the bands themselves now. I just had Trixter cancel their tour in Australia and now Evergrey moving their dates back 6 months hoping that flight costs will come down. I think we're going to see some tours cancel unfortunately for a number of reasons. Fans will have little to no confidence in buying tix up front either. Interesting times ahead.
