1) Drugs. Yes, a huge problem and an outgrowth of the disaster that was the 1960s hippie movement. Terrible ideas.
2) Unemployment. Has actually been quite low for many years (with a brief spate of it during the COVID time). Unemployment is NOT the problem. Lack of drive by some to get employed . . . is.
