It's all an illusion. It's revolving door my friend. They make it look like they are being tough, but they don't keep them once they catch them. It's called "catch and release."

And make no mistake.. it is by design. It is easier to rule people that live in chaos rather than people than are organized. They want the crazies to live amongst us. It does not affect the leaders in their protected and gated communities.

As George Carlin once perfectly stated.. "The rich and powerful have a club and we ain't in it."
