After all these years I think I've found my favourite guitar solo

It's not really what I expected as I love all the shredders and uber players but the guitar solo that literally gives me the chills every time I hear it is

Being a guitar player you always try to impress with as many notes as quickly as possible but Charlie Burchill is the king of the understatement and knowing exactly what to play for the song and even though this is not a particularly simple solo it is exactly the right balance of notes and space and melody. The high notes at the end make the hairs on my arms stand up.
For speed and melody honoury mentions go to the solo on Lebrocks Juice and the solo on Don Dokken's Crash n Burn.
Turns out I'm related to my favourite musician. Small world.
